Abstract

This project proposes implementing the 5S methodology at I9 TMG, focusing on improving organization, cleanliness, and material control. The initiative addresses issues related to layout, material flow, and warehouse management by proposing practical actions based on the five "S" principles. The goal is to contribute—to the extent possible—to a 15%–20% increase in productivity, a 20% reduction in waste, and a 20% reduction in accident risks, thereby fostering a safer and more efficient work environment. The project has an estimated medium-term duration, entails low implementation costs, and is aimed at all company employees.
